Feb 27, 2021 · i have afib and take eliquis 5mg twice a day 9:30 am and 9:30 pm. For the first time, i forget my morning dose this morning and took it at 1:30 this afternoon. Now i am wondering what time tonight would it be acceptable to take the second dose.
