Sep 29, 2020 · i had a p1778 code on my 2012 nissan quest so i ordered a stepper motor. After installing the stepper, as well as replacing the filter and gasket, i reinstalled everything but not. Inspect the step motor, wiring, and sensors for any signs of damage or wear.
