After the title update yesterday it looks as if the feature has been removed. It's almost always legal reason as to why these things happen. They have different announcers in superstar ko mode, which is linked in same menu as 2v2/3v3 coop, so they likely had to remove the whole thing because madden is designed in such a dog shit archaic way. Superstar ko was removed without any announcement or forewarning. It was the only reason i bought the game after many years or not.
