I'm dropping off a truck at the place (not an official uhaul location, an electronics store that rents them) and there is no after hours drop box for my key right now. If you happen to misplace the keys, you will be charged $25 to remake the keys and another additional fee. Understanding the Context
The orange box has a lid that lifts up and a slot to drop the keys into. Lock the truck and place the key in its designated key box or slot. The app needs me to verify the milage and fuel level with a picture, but i need the keys to turn on the odometer. Is there another way to return it, like through customer support, or am i out of luck?
