Gotrax Scooter Front Wheel Replacement 44

I have installed several solids. I usually bolt the wheel to the bench and use motorbike tyre levers. Without attaching the wheel to a large solid item it is close to impossible.

Understanding the Context

The problem is the front tire slipped from the wheel and now i can't ride it. I just need to replace the front wheel and i bought a backup tire, but the obstacle i am facing is just removing the. My plan is to buy a $14 idle wheel for a gks (see link below), take the tire off the hub, and put it on my drive tire for my sons g2. Someone already tried this and it didn't.
