I view huberman as someone who is likely not a net negative to society, but (like most pop scientists) reaches a lot when he makes claims. In other words, it's probably not a bad thing. It's of course a book written before the huberman lab started, and valter longo likely has zero interest in engaging andrew in debate about the topic.
