Focusing on basics is the key. 90% of the complaints i see about portillo’s falling off revolve around the chicken or burgers but it’s a beef/dog place. Very reasonable for them to focus on. We waited 30 min for our food on multiple occasions, while eating at the restaurant. We’ve switched over to buona due to the customer service and less chaos.
