Ucf's main campus offers a variety of housing communities. But before you can choose your new room or roommates, you will need to choose your agreement type: Rental rates are listed by semester, per person, per room type. Rental rates are approved by the ucf board of trustees each year.
Understanding the Context
All rates are subject to change. Housing on ucf’s main campus is very limited and mostly reserved for incoming first time in college (ftic) students each year, so transfer students typically live in student housing.
